2. Here's a list of suggested possibilities:
Single Malt Scotch, Tanqueray, Captain Morgan or Mount Gay, Belvedere or Grey Goose, Cointreau and Cuervo 1600 or other tequila (margaritas)

I'll have ice, limes and lemons, sodas, drink shaker and blender.

I'll be into trying the Ketel 1. I've heard good things but never tried it. I think my favorite is VOX but I have enjoyed Ciroc, Belvedere and Grey Goose as well. Skyy is good in your 3rd or 4th drink.

I bought Captain Morgan Private Stock a few times when they sold it in a velveteen sack. I thought that was a cool touch but they don't have the sack anymore.

Looks like benzfest 08 is turning into drinkfest 08

For anyone wanting shirts, I checked and my friend's old cafepress site is still up! Of course it won't make sense to anyone that didn't know my old roommate, but Powerpig, Dee8go and Mistress will understand. The shirts all say "I drive a Mercedes!" with a picture of his goofy face on the front. It was one of his more favorite lines to say. My friend probably has the best drunk driving story ever...he drove his truck half way up Mount Snow...got stuck trying to jump a ditch...his friend left...so he couldn't get out...just rammed the girl he was with till the sun came up.

Unfortunately I won't be able to confirm this soon ... probably more like a month before the event. My job is just kind of unpredictable, especially now because we're suffering from some personnel changes. But, if I do come, I will be driving the 87 300D (my Jeep is nice, but at a MB GTG?) and I probably won't eat/drink much, so you don't have to worry too much about me as far as food and bev supply. I'll get amped on a Starbucks on the way up, so I'll be set. I will let you know as soon as I get a better feel for my work scenario.

Is camping on your lawn permitable?(sp) Looking forward to "Chad Fest 08."

No need for a permit.

Absolutely. I have close to 2 acres, but I'm not in the woods. I have neighbors on three sides and the 4th side is the road along the fence. There are some good, fairly private spots that would be good for tents.

I'm up at 6:30am everyday due to my kids, so any campers will be alerted with the "breakfast is ready" call around 8:30-9am. It can be earlier or later depending on the consensus.

I hope this GTG will be good enough to warrant a "Chad Fest '09".
