This car looks just great... as close as to a 10 out of 10 as possible!

Looks beautiful.

Out of curiosity, which a/c refrigerant does your car have, R12 or R134a?

I know that 1992 500E's and 400E's got the new R134a, but the 300E (3.2) and 300E 2.8 didn't get it until 1993. I believe your model got it in 1992.

It's R-134a - I can tell by looking at the pictures of the engine compartment. (Which is waaaay too clean - I don't think my kitchen is that clean!)

thanks for the compliments...I keep all my (and my customers) MB's like this, or at least I strive too..I'm not sure if it's attention to detail or some mental sickness..but what ever the case I enjoy it every day..!

That car is originally from South Bend? I noticed the Gurley Leep tag on the front.

Very nice looking car - if I had the money I would be all over it. BTW, I have family in Atlanta - in Ansley Park. I am sure it is beautiful in ATL right now as it is every spring.

why has the transmission been changed at such low mileage. mine has 192k with the original tranny.... is it because you were hauling a trailer ? (you can see the hitch in the pictures)

thanks
