I rarely make over here, but you could use this thread as a good example of so many things NOT to do in a group as experienced as this one. Good show!
I have fired quite a few guys in my line of work (Ship Capt.) and without fail, they always say "I don't get it" and I say…."that's why your being fired, you don't get it"….."if you got it, you would not be getting fired"…..:-)"
