I too have found a lot of euros with limited slip differentials. The early euro 380 that went into euro 380slc (ended in 1980/81) is a higher-revving version I believe, matched to a 3.27 differential, while the later higher torque ones came with 2.47 differentials I believe. If you can jump to a gen2 differential, this 2.47 gearing is commonly available in 1986+ cars, but the gen1 housing would be good to have with LSD. I also look for LSD on all the euro cars, and haven’t found it on most of them.
