The amg wheel is fine - BUT it is BIG and chunky, and the airbag is BIG, and the spokes are HUGE.

My girlfriend just got an IS300 - great steering wheel. 3-spoke, small diameter wheel - VERY NICE.

The new BMW's have a Great sport wheel also. The new AMG's don't seem to have an updated wheel - what gives?

Am i crazy? Does Europe get something better? Any solution?

Buy the steering wheel that was used up through the 1997 C280 Sport and C36. It is like the 500E one. Fabulous!

OR get the one from the 2000 C280 Sport (Limited Edition one). It's like the ones currently on the SL's.
