w124 red GRILLE

i have a really ugly red and i just h8 it with the chrome grill , and i have seen the black w124's with the painted GRILLE and i was wondering HOW U got them and if they make red ones, how much , how to install them do u have to change the hood or the headlights? ect. plz help me out also , for bumpers for w124 if you guys have any sites for cool cheap bumpers for 300e 86. thanks
