Your help with identifying the options?

I am looking at a (very nice, red) 2003 SL500, with a "moon roof."

Is there a moon roof option, or am I looking at a panorama roof? The roof is nearly all glass and appears to have some sort of sliding screen that covers it on the inside.

The vehicle has 75,500 miles on it, which doesn't seem to be too many miles for 7 years. Do all 2003 SL500's have full leather dash? My 97 certainly doesn't.
