DIY? Removing the instrument cluster 73 107

The bottom indicator lights on my instrument cluster are all delaminated. I want to sent the entire cluster to a speedo rebuild shop to be refreshed. How hard is it to take it out? And any reccomendations for places to refresh the cluster? Thanks
