Holy *#^$!!! That's a big tree! I at first thought "well just weld on a new roof and maybe a hood or fender", but damn. I'm really, really sorry to see this. I hate to know what your reaction must have been upon initially seeing this.

I'm near you though, would be happy to buy the tires/wheels and rear differential in a couple weeks and possibly the engine+transmission too. My euro 200D engine suffered some catastrophe recently, and I'm not yet sure what sort of cost I'm going to be facing to repair it, although that's what I hope to manage. It might make sense to drop a 240 into it. I'm definitely not giving up that chassis/interior to a scrapyard.

I will let you know when the tree is removed and when we can assess what is good and start removing parts.
