Lowering is not so bad but here are the faux pas:
Do not, DO NOT go for the rediculous "stretched" look seen in the pictures. Keep the rins INSIDE the tires and the tires under the wheel wells. Also, don't run such skinny tires on oversized rims. I wouldn't go lower than a 45 aspect ratio.

I like the dark blue paint, but those stupid looking wheels have to go.
Wheels toooo wide for the tires. Probably if it had the proper tires for the wheel, there would be a clearance issue. Definately get some good curb rash the way they stick out past the tire. wouldn`t look too bad if the wheels/tire were more in balance to the car, and not painted. To each his own I guess, it is definately a kids car, had on backwards give you a clue? Charlie

I actually like THOSE clear corners with the hint of amber.
That amount of lowering with those wheels would make the car almost undriveable. I think Winmutt's car has an excellent stance that still gives it a meaner look while respecting the cars proportions.
