Sunroof open, raining almost all night...

My wife left the sunroof open about 8", and it rained most of last night. What kind of damage should I expect?

In the morning I found not a lot of water, but plenty on the wood console (I just installed a new window switch last year). I am aware that the tranny stick don't like fluids at all.

The seats and the carpet looks like absorbed all the water so you cannot see sitting water, but soaked carpets.

Should I expect problems with the window switch, console wood lifting, tranny shift mechanism, sunroof mechanism, undercarpet? Or any other problem I am not even aware of?

Thanks in advance,

Rene
