California emissions certification

Howdy All,
Does anyone know what it takes (other than money) to get a 1984 280GE California emission certified?¿ Thanx.

Bad news explained

Howdy All,
Nothing like dominating a thread
Due to the overwelming amount of off forum requests for the "bad news" here it is . It could cost up to $6,000 to get Cal. emission cert. on a vehicle even if it is Federalized.
