But "think he did it" is not the burden of proof.

If that's the way the jury saw it, then they deserve credit for honoring their oath to apply the law to the evidence. There is nothing to be ashamed about, unless the prosecution was incompetent. Our willingness to acquit people who are probably guilty is one of the best things about this country. That the state can't lock up a suspect until it proves its case beyond a reasonable doubt, as determined by a jury selected from a cross section of the community, is a pretty amazing thing. IMHO.

The prosecution picked the wrong bird to hunt, they've been waiting they should have waited a little longer.

I love you guys with your innocent till proven guilty BS, Bush never had a trial but you guys sure as hell call him guilty. It's an opinion and people are entitled to them even if they are different than your own I could give a rats ass what his legal status is.

Funny how the lefties seem to be judge, Jury and exicutioner when it come to republican politicians.....

Now if you can apply your standards to everyone and get the clowns you have running the DNC to do the same then we might get back to having some civility in politics.

Nothing Personal DCulkin....that was meant as a general comment.

Jesse Jackson and Hillary Clinton had a one-off affair, the result is Michael Jackson.

OJ has been shunned socially because the public thought he did it. I don't think the man said he was ashamed of the jury. I am ashamed as a society that we put ****ers like MJ on such a pedistal, which has obviously enabled him to pull his shennanigans and get away with them.

It wouldn't be so bad if just pulled his own shenanigan, but he was pulling little boy's shinanigans, too.
