I don't think he did what they accused him of.

I don't think he did anything more than 2 ten year olds playing. He has never grown up.

Personally, If I were on the jury I would have found them guilty. The parents of the kid(s) that is, he has been accused of this once before and you let your kids stay there. There are only 2 reasons, Money or neglect(not the right word, but I think you understand). Okay 3rd reason, they are so stupid they shouldn't be allowed to have kids.

Although I have no faith in the legal system, and tend too agree you or I would have been shot then beat.

An example here in Chicago, 2 sisters - Daughters of Minn Attorney general (?) got into it with the cops at a bar. One smacked a cop and knocked his glasses off, she also busted up a squad. Several cops, and numerous employees of the bar verified the police version. Needless to say they claimed to be perfect angels.

The judges rulling, there were no "independent" witnesses ???

Ok next time I get pulled over for speeding, I will tell the judge I wasn't. Wanna bet she takes the cops opinion.

Again, what does it matter if the jury thought he did it if they didn't think he did it beyond a reasonable doubt. Are you proposing a second jury poll after they aquit and if they think it was more likely than not he did it we should all shun him? Should we turn our backs when he walks by or maybe cast him from the village.

Ashamed of our society? Are you kidding? There are so many better reasons to be ashamed in this society than the fact that there are some dopes running around outside a courthouse in CA. The whole thing is a farce, an amusing farce but of no real import.

I'm sure jurys have convicted many of your innocent clients and I'm sure you've got a guilty drunk or two off the hook.

I never said anything about the decision the jury made and don't care whether he's acquitted, I don't care if he goes to Alcatraz, Neverland, Your House or The Bahama's.
