Cool Another silly poll...

1. Which is your favorite Benz model?

1991 and before?

1991 and beyond

2. Which is your least favorite Benz?

1991 and before?

1991 and beyond?

Least favorites:

I'm not crazy about the styling of the C hatchback. Not too crazy about the R-class either.

In general I like MBs how they roll out of the MB factory. Conversely the more altered they are the less appealing they are to me. It's a personal preference, not a criticizm of the folks who work hard to personalize their car.

Gullwing old and 300CE newer for favorites.
I hate the 114 chassis for old and the 203 C class for new.

The one I've always admired (aside from the gullwing, which I believe is required of us) are the w126's. To me, those have the most elegant, refined lines, road comfort, while hiding surprising pep and agility for such a large, heavy car.

My favorite car I've ever owned is my '95 E320.

I'll be in the market for another car probably in the next summer or so to replace Mrs Bot's Talon Tsi. She wants sporty, aggressive power, style, and only two functional car seats. She wouldn't mind a pseudo-seat for groceries and her purse. Nothing large enough for a person. I want it under $15K and I don't care what it is.
