I dont know, but I have a bit of a problem if any person died because they couldnt be pulled out of there quick enough, but a helicopter that could have saved them was used to save a dog instead.

Sorry to you pet lovers, yea, we have em too, but I have alot of kids, and I would just assume watch a 100 dogs drown, than to see one 6 year old kid die.
