Where are you getting this - just a link -
As far as what do we have to sell - Way to short a list. Our business model. We're getting right to where we realize the tide is shifting and we need ever friend we can get. The big kid on the block is starting to realize all the other kids are working out and getting stronger, and maybe we haven't been as nice as we'd like to think we are. We're doing each others laundry and buying the soap from somewhere else.

Can't find the article i saw before but this one makes the same reference

"Russia's offer to enrich uranium for Iran on Russian territory, a proposal backed by the U.S.and the European Union, has been the basis of intense negotiations between Moscow and Tehran."

Ah, that Russian offer was meant to alleviate the West's concern that Iran will enrich uranium to develop nukes. This way Russia is to supervise the enrichment and make sure it's only for civilian purposes. The question is, would we be able to trust Russia.

I have no idea, but we evidently can't trust our own government....

I hope people never trust their government. Government's sole function is restriction of freedom. We are glad to give-up dangerous, chaotic behavior for order and security so we band together and form a government to impose order. It is in our nature to want things to improve so we have a continual push by one group or another to impose their utopian agenda on the rest of us. That is human nature.

Like Reagan said of a different gov, "Trust, but verify."
