But shouldn't the woman that got raped have a choice whether she should have it or not? How can you speak for the woman if you are not in her shoes. Maybe that baby will remind her of that terrible day for the rest of her life, you don't know that. If we have a choice then people who feel that they should keep the baby will do so and people that want to abort it can do it as well. It's up to them. I'm all for PRO CHOICE.

Damn, it seems that everybody is anti-abortion in here. This topic was brought up in my history class today and I thought that there would be some punches exchanged between students.

I was just arguing the South Dakota side. I think women should have complete control over reproduction since I think reproduction should be subservient to our wills. We are gods as far as our future children go and there's nothing they can do it about it. Whether they come into existence or not is entirely up to our good will. A woman should be able to make the decision to reproduce freely and should also be allowed to rescind that decision.

Men have wanted to control women's reproduction forever because of the ambiguity of paternity. It's time the tables were turned.
