I love that mall as well...

Usually save trips there for the holidays...nothing like ice skating around the big Xmas tree and perusing for gifts...and maybe getting some decent dining in as well.

Plus, Guitar Center is just a couple of blocks down the street...my REAL toy store!!!

Going to see Lisa Lampinelli in Cleveland tonight. Wine tasting tomorrow. And, by the way, Guitar Center is my toy store, as well!

Lisa Lampinelli is a scream. I've heard her on Howard Stern's show a lot. Hope you have a great time.

Fri-Dee is here once again. Woohoo! First two weeks at new job pretty good. 'm getting into the groove. Life eez belly, belly goood!

Refinishing some furniture for a good friend this weekend among other things. Anybody else here ever use Formby's refinishing products?

$261 for the tire (a 14.9 x 28 tractor drive tire) + $75 road service charge + hourly rate + $16 for water ballast.

I tried Formby's tung oil years ago when I heard Norm Abrams talk about it. I like the tung oil finish, and think there are other good brands in addition to Formby's. I usually end up getting MinWax products due to their availability. (no worries matching a stain years later):)

While this weekend was going to be fairly easy, just taking the docks out at the club Sunday morning. Maybe one final boat ride that afternoon. Now they're not real sure which way this hurricane is going. It wouldn't be a big deal to haul mine right out but my brother gave back the boat I gave him (21' Bayliner that came with the trailer I bought) and it's sitting on my trailer so I've got to get his off and blocked up before I can pull mine out. So it looks like I'll spend the better part of this afternoon finding a home for my "new" boat and getting it settled so I can pull mine tomorrow after I get out at noon.

Far more work than I was hoping for. I've got to rest up for SB 41.5.

Spent yesterday afternoon working on my tower lights...walked approx. 4.5 miles (had one of those pedometers on...) to check various lighting conditions to trouble-shoot what situation the lighting would be in...found a few wiring errors (minor, non-contributory to problem at hand). Managed to isolate the problem down to two scenarios...both will involve tower climbing...I'm not insured (for tower climbing and work) so I've got to get a friend's company to come on in. Did manage to fix two other problems and will need to swap 3 wires around to keep things consistent "down stairs" in the brain box (the reason for the 4.5 miles of walking!).

Finally got home, then had to head to another Xmtr. site and trouble-shot a little 1KW translator transmitter (Xmtr.)...problem turned out to be a power-supply circuit board..."new" one on its way, via FedEx this morning...should be here in 30 minutes or so...

Weekend is for indoors...'til the weather goes to heck...

Catching up on proposals and quotations today. Crown moulding tomorrow and then I might go see the Chuck Close tapestry show downtown after that. Is anybody else here a fan of photorealism?

Probably just another weekend of liquor and fast woman.
