Just a couple of days back after a 1,500 mile round trip to have the SEC worked over by a Master Mechanic in Los Angeles, and time spent at the MB classic center and enjoying the hospitality of fellow Benz owners in the City of the Fallen Angels, it is time for more.


Off to the Diesel Drive near Sacramento tomorrow to join more Mercedesshop friends, a winding drive ending at the Nuclear Power Station at Arroyo Seco for photos, and perhaps a drive to the pick-apart junkyard favored by the Dieselers.

It should be a lot of fun! Maybe the last time before petrol hits $4.00 a gallon, and the winter rains come...

Meet with the guys for our usual friday nite GTG, and a big dance tomorrow night with the wifey.

Ole Miss is a joke. I had always heard it described as 'The Country Club of the South' and after going to a few football games and doing a lot of business up there, laugh every time I hear this. I would have hated going to school there.
