Well, my week started off in the crapper (not literally, mind you), but it seems to be ending on a high note.
I'll be spending some quality time on the river this weekend with the women in my life, and otherwise doing nothing. NOT driving 10-12 hours in bumper-to-bumper traffic down I-95 like I have some years! It looks like it'll be good weather for this last long weekend of the summer. Woohoo! I hope all of you have a grand weekend! |
Relax and cook up some tasty steaks thanks to Kuan! :D
Maybe go to the State Fair, though that's a lot of walking. Where's my scoot?!! http://www.lakewoodconferences.com/d...Old_People.jpg |
Child-proofing the house this weekend. :smug2:

The wife and I are going on our first kid-free date in quite some time. We're going to a New Britain Rock Cats game (Twins minor league affiliate). Tonight is Octoberfest Night, yes in August, with pregame food and beverage specials from our favorite German restaurant. Baseball, German beer, German food and the expected per- and repercussions afterwards. Does it get any more romantic? :)

Cleaning the house (down stairs, anyway).
Starting on rolling bookcases, a paper rack and a PTA kiosk for the school. TCU vs Baylor football game Saturday night. GO FROGS !! More woodworking on Sunday unless the kids get me started on their motocross track (weather permitting). Perhaps a little airborne fix in there somewhere. CLEAR !!! Y'all have a good one ! |
