That patio's looking good, Doug. Hope you can get it finished before it's too cold.

Nice work! You can be proud.

I took off 1 1/2 hours and did a 25 mile loop on my recumbent trike from San Juan Capistrano to San Clemente and back thru Dana Point Harbor.

Sweeeet. Is that Dana Point?

My mom has a home in San Clemente, with a full 180 degree ocean view. She has a perfect view of Dana Point when you are looking north up the coast.

Building a screen (room divier) for Miss Frieda this weekend if all goes according to plan. Maybe learning some new woodworking tricks along the way.

Smokin' a seegar or two and reading John Grisham's new book.

Don't tell anyone, lest my image as Mistress of the Whip and All Things Leather be tarnished but I'm cooking Thanksgiving dinner this weekend for my boyfriend.

Alas, another weekend of leaf harvesting and more work on my ever-growing compost pile.

Tonight, I'll be chaperoning three teenagers who are having a an on-going "Halloween" movie festival.

Then, perhaps an early Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday . . .
