So, in your opinion, each person should use himself as the standard by which our leaders are to be measured? Unless someone can demonstrate superiority to our leaders, that person should keep quiet? I am a mere self-loathing Hollywood liberal (or some such nonsense, BENZ LGB can tell you which label to apply) and I could never dream of running the country, but I can see that W is in way over his head.

The list may not be endless, but it is long. Here's one example: During his first term, Bush felt the need to establish publicly that he had a low personal opinion of Kim Jong Il. For some reason, Bush thinks that he has an ability to gauge people's souls and make meaningful judgements about them, like when he claimed to have judged Putin's soul by looking into his eyes. Bush said that he loathes Kim Jong Il and that the North Korean leader makes his skin crawl. Bush also called him a "pygmy", thereby establishing himself as having the maturity level of an 8th grader while simultaneously insulting an entire African race. After he did it, maybe Karl took him aside and explained the problem with his comments, but if he was qualified for his position, he wouldn't need Karl to explain that.

We could approach your question this way - name anything that W has done well, other than his initial efforts in Afghanistan.

Kerry and Gore, both claim to have such a superior intellect. Man, it must just frosted them both to have lost elections to an intellectually "inferior" candidate.
