"Forget world peace, visualize using your turn signal"

Not a bumper sticker, but a slogan on a painted mural of a wildlife scene on the back of a pickup truck I saw in North Carolina. The scene depicted geese and ducks flying with a marsh backdrop and the slogan -

"If it flies, it dies"

I wouldn't do a bumpersticker either, except on a beater car, since they are so hard to remove. (Could be embarrassing. Think of the people who proudly posted Dole, Gore, or Kerry stickers. . . .)

I took my "W '04" sticker off (my window, cuz glass is easier) earlier this year.
Another good point! If the sticker doesn't mess up you paint, someone may still ruin it trying to express THEIR disagreement with you.

My sister had a sticker on the back window of her minivan that read "Bush is a dumba$$" for a couple of years and how that van never was vandalized i will never know. I remember once she was giving me a ride and we pulled into my driveway and a woman had been following us down the road stopped behind her. She wanted to know where my sister got the sticker so she could get some for herself.
