Correct diagnosis? wiper motor on my 89 oldsmobile

I dont have too much time, but here goes anyways. On my oldsmobile, I had a few problems with the wipers. They'd stop working during a heavy load... (heavy rain, snow... ect) They'd start working again if I let the car sit for a while. Now nothing happens. I can feel the motor click, but it wont move the wipers more then an inch or so before they stop again. My diagnosis is the motor, because the fuses are good, and I can feel the motor click. I was lidderally touching the motor and turning the switch.

Lemme know what you think, I'll be repalcing the motor this weekend
thanks alot
~Nate
