A lady pulls her lexus es300 into my dealership, says it cuts off on her while driving. I pop open the hood, the engine is so hot it is GLOWING. I proceed to tell her that the car needs to be fixed and is overheating massively. She then asks me if she can drive it home and to and from work.

Similar incident regarding a cadillac with a northstart, customer is drunk as a skunk, comes in, starts raising hell because this cadillac he bought for 2500 dollars needs a new radiator a month after he bought it. Long story short, he cracked the head and now has a reposession on his record, and i'm stuck with a dead cadillac.

A lady's response to a mitsubishi i'm showing her "oh i dont want one of those, mitsubishi uses those TRANSSVERSE engine setups, i know all about those, they are too hard to work on, i'm kind of a mechanic, what about that honda over there?" I politely showed her the honda and sold it to her

Here we go....

2003 Maxima; seized engine.

Girl at my office "The oil light warning came on. I thought there was a grievance period until I had add more oil?"

Me "How long did you wait?"

Girl at my office "A month...how do you fix seized engine?"

Me "Do you know what happens when an engine seizes?"

Girl "No"

Me "Your engine basically welds itself together"

Girls older sister who was also there "Well don't they make some sort of fluid that you can pour into the engine that will unweld it?"

I got up, walked into the storage room and didn't stop laughing for a good ten minutes.

I think she meant to say what I call them transverse engines. Transvestite engines.
