A lady pulls her lexus es300 into my dealership, says it cuts off on her while driving. I pop open the hood, the engine is so hot it is GLOWING. I proceed to tell her that the car needs to be fixed and is overheating massively. She then asks me if she can drive it home and to and from work.

Similar incident regarding a cadillac with a northstart, customer is drunk as a skunk, comes in, starts raising hell because this cadillac he bought for 2500 dollars needs a new radiator a month after he bought it.
