Personally, I think the two subjects are directly connected...

The law already addresses the matter...certain styles of couplings are OK...the 1st ingredient is: One man (homosapien)
2nd: One woman (homosapien)
3rd: Situation: Adults
4th: Qualifier: Both
5th: Qualifier: Consenting
6th: Qualifier: Past the 1st generation

Really simple to understand...answer no to any of those, you've got problems.

If the law(s) was/were written before birth-control was the norm (highly probable), then the issue lies with updating the code(s).

If the law is grounded in either the foundation of religious teachings, or medical science, then the law needs to be changed to better reflect what the MAJORITY wants to deal with...

But, let's go one step further...since we all know how EVERYONE wants the government in their bedroom in order to prevent pregnancy, in order to prevent a possible abortion...let's invite "Uncle Sam" in to be sure that the condoms/spermicides/cervix-caps/whatevers are fully functional and 100% safe.

Hey, I just heard that a Casino just opened up down the street and I hear it's got a pay-back of 101%! And they also have this bridge in front of the place that they're selling raffle tickets for...I think it came from Brooklyn! What a deal!

Fair enough. So what about people whom we KNOW are defective? Should we sterilize them so they don't breed other people who are equally defective? IIRC the Third Reich had a program to do that.

What age? If they are under legal age and under charge, that is one story. If they are over 18, they can do as they please.

Lets forget all the religion angle for once. Just ask yourself a simple question as a layman father. Is it OK for my daughter to be have sexual relationship with my son?

"Morally", no. Biologically, occasionally yes.
