California isn't the only one, but it is the biggest one! Yes, Arizona has it's share of problems with ILLEGAL ALIENS! The two biggest states with deficits attributed and directly caused by ILLEGAL ALIENS are California and New York and New York state is still being outspent by California by 40%.
