I clearly remember thinking that none of the guys knew she was trying the exact same line on multiple men. I was very tempted to talk to her about it when I saw her a few days later but decided my knowledge was best kept to myself.

I don't think sex or gender would have made a difference. She moved out quite a long time ago. She had a friend who liked to spank her.

If she's attractive to you, go ahead and enjoy. Two caveats:

1) As Mistress warned, she might be pregnant and looking for a babydaddy or wallet. I understand the current legal climate allows a woman to nail a guy for child support even if the DNA test is negative. Be sure to keep your torpedo wrapped in any case.

2) Don't listen to her crying stories about the ex, don't help her move, and don't lend her money. Do any of those things and you'll find an instant "Friend" label slapped on your forehead, and you never move from "Friend" to "Lover" unless it's on TV sitcoms.

How would they do that though? I mean if the guy adopted the child and the biological father is dead or gave consent, sure. But do you have such a case you know of? I'm curious to read the details in case something like this happens to me of someone I know.

I've been dropping in on various men's rights websites for a few years. This is from Men's Awareness" (http://mensawareness.com/):
