I started on the "blood type" diet 18 months ago, I was 197 lbs. I felt terrible and looked even worse. My life was in the dumper, I had been taking care of my disabled father for almost 14 years, I was as close to the bottom as one could get.

I am now about 150 lbs. and feel great. Hell, great does not even begin to discribe how I feel. Went from size 38 to 32 waist. I eat 6 medium sized meals a day and do not miss any of that crap that many of you think is good for you.

Many of you are eating foods that are supposed to be good for you but are actually poison. I had tendonitis so bad I could barely lift anything with my left arm. I now lift weights after a day of manual labor at my job.

Ran into an old friend at the emergency room one night. He was with his mother and I was with my father. He did not even recognize me. I have known this man for 15 years. He thought I was the sick one.

Get the book! Stop poisoning yourself!
