Damnit Bill--I thought things had gotten better

I donate blood pretty regularly and come into contact with lots of folks on dialysis. I got told very quickly not to pity them, so I will refrain, but will say I hope there is an alternative solution available in the future.

Until then, I would stay completely stoned

Bill, I must say that you seem to have a great attitude in spite of these things. Good for you! I hope, like JD said, that there will be an alternative solution that is better and easier to live with in the near future.
