Try some of that tea tree oil stuff. I am using it on a messed up toenail I have and it has been slowly killing it (a good thing).

Any sores I get in my mouth I take lots of extra vitamin c and they go away in a few days.

I suspect you're using the term cold sore incorrectly.

Cold sores are the herpes virus and typically show up on the outer lip.

I suspect what you have is recurring mouth ulcers which show up inside the mouth (these are not the herpes virus).

Chronic, recurring mouth ulcers are typically caused by two things

1 - Improper nutrition, or
2 - GI chronic condition that affects absorbtion of vitamins and minerals.

Bottom line you most likely need to eat more vegetables and fruit. If I were you I would see a doctor about it, though.

Its better today.

Just because it is long, hairy and has a hole at one end doesn't mean you can call it a toothbrush.

Just bite down on it occasionally- the pain will take your mind off of how irritating it is.

No, that would be the "woody" thread.
