I find it very refreshing that DL has simply come out and told all. In the end, who cares other than his wife and son? And you know his "confession" was planned well in advance. This gives me great hope that our American society is starting to emerge from the abiss of hypocritical puritans. Our moronic politicians could learn a good lesson from all of this.

As far as the women go, it has not been mentioned that they were sexually harrassed - only speculated by the media, another commedy show. The puritans are just waiting to pounce! And keep in mind that DL didn't necessarily hire these women. They are part of his staff. This dosen't necessarily mean DL is their boss. More than likely, they were hired by the show's producer.

And as far as his loosing his job, I doubt that very much. He is now going to have many more viewers than before.
