Not saying it goes all the way to the Pres. But it is hard to believe the Rom, or any one else would take, on their own authority, such an offer.
Sestak is NOT the only one who this White House has made such an offer regarding.
Lets wait and see where the evidence leads.
The truth is simple; its fabrication that is complex and time-consuming.
This comes from DEMOCRATS; not Rrs. Sestak was not maiking partisan rhetoric when he admitted to being offered a position. It even laid quietly for a few months before the recent noise about it.

Your interpretation of this law is as open to debate as everything else in this is. What astounds me that in the midst of all the massive problems we face at this time, the Republicans think the important thing to do is for all of us to go off on another BJ Impeachment Adventure based on nebulous readings of the law by partisan hacks who would destroy the country, if necessary, in order to regain power. They offered the guy a job. BFD. Maybe instead of creating a new crisis, what the GOP should be doing is something, anything, to help this country to recover from eight years of Capitalism Gone Wild and two unfinished wars left to us, by them.
