horn shuts off engine 300td

hello my good friends, i have 1983 300td the key will not shut off the ignition but if i press the horn it shuts it off only in the back postion, the horn work while the key is in forward postion but doesnt work when turn key back but shuts the car off, anybody give me some advice i would greatly appreciate it
