I have an friend who is a very big real estate investor. He was once talking to a banker who asked him for a copy of his tax return. My friend told the banker there were two things he did not do:
1. He did not give out his tax return. 2. He did not give out his pecker size. Our little group now refers to this exchange whimsically by referring to not giving out the "PS" form.
