Pssh, Pirate style? Any country that despises America could bring in a tanker with a warhead in it and wipe out any port city they wish, so desired. And in theory could protect said flotilla with aforementioned Stingers.

I'm not doubting our Coast Guard, however. Nor am I afraid of this situation. Just hypothesizing
