The movement deliberalty breaks laws regarding camping and staying overnight in areas where it is not permitted. The movement put together it's rallies with getting any required permits or paying any of the required fees. The movement is desperatley hoping they can invoke the police into violence so that they may have their "Kent State" moment. It's a flawed model for a protest or statement to be sure but you seem to be sneering at the fact of poverty. The general health of our society is in part reflected in these things. The healthier a society is, the fewer losers it has.
