The old car world is changing rapidly. The mountain of old iron that has been crushed and sent to asia would exceed your imagination. People like those cheap upullit type yards but they are a quickly passing thing.

Saw a pretty clean looking Yugo in Cheyenne a few years ago. I think those few rust free areas are your best bet. That is changing too, chemical companies and insurance companies are in the road chemical business. More rust for everyone.
