Our house cat has developed an issue that has the wife and I puzzled.

Three yr old Female-spayed-100% indoor-perfect health.

4 days ago she got on the couch and urinated/defecated on a newspaper.

Today she urinated on the couch.

The cat has never demonstrated this behavior until now.

The only thing that is differant in the house, is that last week I discovered that birds were sometimes coming thruogh the window and eating her food.

(Singapore homes do not use screens)

So, during the day I have been closing the window.

Anyone ever experianced this behavior from a house cat.?
