Horsepower is BS. its all about torque. Try hauling a 126 up a hill with a 2004 V10 F350 decent horsepower... hauling the car at 35mph. Try this same task with a 1988 Diesel F350, less HP then the V10, yet the truck is climbing the hill at 65mph. It an't magic, its torque, low end torque.

Oh I like torque. Thats why I have diesels and a V8. I like the sub-2500rpm range. I still think a 5 liter v8 current MB engine is not exactly *low* on either.
