This was done by a Mexican Racial Movement--two guys from El Paso, TX--came here to get their people into state gov. They Screwed up and covered up! I was very lucky to have a special platonic friend to be on the "A" and "B" lists for openings of 5 star restaurants in San Francisco, Marin County and of course Napa Valley. I am NOT Rich.
