This war is the creation of extremists views on either side. Hamas is dumb enough to believe they can launch some lame rockets over the border and that will "drive the jews to the sea". However, on the flip side, the current administration in Israel is about as right wing as you can get and has absolutely no respect for international law or human rights. Its like trying to get the Bush/Cheney administration to hold a peace summit with Saddam & Co. Anyway you look at this, its going to cost innocent lives. Whatever the outcome, we need to stay the hell away from this hornets nest.

If you could possibly keep all of your responses on this level, certain members of this thread would have a chance to keep up. But, normally, you're simply too verbose for the Commodore 64 processor that they have.

Now that's an idea. We should just sail some big firefighting ships into the Mediterranean and start shooting high-pressure water at Israel and Palestine. At least it'd be entertaining.
