How to get the cigarette lighter out (or to work)? '92 300E
Hopefully this is an easy one. Pressed in cigarette lighter the other day (first time in 5 years)....and it apparently it no longer works. IT IS STUCK IN, and doesn't appear to be getting hot either. The fuse seems to be fine. How can I get the lighter out? (hopefully without taking the entire assembly apart).

My recommendation is to replace since it sounds defective. See ebay listings at reasonable price:
Removing the entire assembly is pretty simple if you choose this route. |
