In certain parts of the US, the average American has the mechanical ability of a spastic jellyfish. If you're the least bit handy, you can get a bargain on a renovation.

Yeah but that's a good thing. That's how I become an all inclusive rental housing provider.

If I was young again with limited funds at my disposal. With my experience I wonder what I could turn up? Certainly approaching realtors in general would be out of the question. It almost always for me has been so. There are almost always deals out there that can work for an individual well but you have to get a little outside of the box. Paying the going prices is a no brainer. As spundrum has stated now may be a good time to buy. There are never any total gaurantees in life has to be understood though. There may even be a grain of truth in the old expression. No pain no gain. Also applied effort can sometimes replace money or seriously reduce the amount needed. I do not see the population as really lazy but far too many lack the skills to get what they need for the lowest probable dollar. A lot of it is they feel or are somewhat fixated with how much a month is this deal going to cost me? Instead they should be applying the effort for the lowest overall price to meet their needs. |
