That is bull****. And, what sort of school sends out a survey that asks someone to admit to criminal activity? Is this Pol Pot Land?

That is total BS. The school should never have issued such a form in the first place unless it were totally confidential. It is this sort of thing for which the ACLU exists.

They have a "community patrolman" on duty there. I would not be surprised they offered it up or that it was derived from some Federal Grant program guidelines/requirements

The response is strong but the story is kind of weak. I would of wanted to see the form first before I decided.
If it's a general questionare without anyone knowing who the respondents are, that's one thing, and if it's clearly different than that, then it's something else.

They had a similar survey like that at our high school, to get an idea of how many kids were actually drinking, etc. Only ours was anonymous and you dropped it off in a box later on. I forget how they used the data or if anyone actually filled it out.
