Or perhaps you agree with it so it is ok? Why do they even need a platform in any party if they are simply minding their own business? Why do the Unions buy the Democrats if not to push their agenda? Why does anyone buy a political party if not to push agendas?

Proxies are used to make the user look good. That way they can deny any and all knowledge of the deed. It's like a bunch of hot popular kids telling the fat ugly kid "Hey, if you go beat up Susie Dirkin, we will let you join our group.". Susie is beat up, the fat ugly kid is left holding the bag and the "club" says "Hey, we didn't care for Susie but it was the fat ugly kid that did it. Not us".

This thread is funneh,

Ive seen a lot of such arguments - makes for good comedies, All religions/faiths follow some certain rules. the base of them being "do not hurt another creation" This also applies to people hurting dogs/cats/horses etc. (I mention people as it if the finest of all creations)

in precis - the saying of "you shall reap what you sow" is true - picking up a flashilight of religion and shining it on it can make sense of it as "when you feed birds - they pray that you live another day to feed them again".

e.g. the circle of life is also enclosed in this idea - Ive lived near the Kalahari desert and been on safaris, the balance of life carries on given the food pyramid and everything attached. The %ages are always balanced.

speaking of science - I have seen quite some references in religion books. e.g. the religion I follow has a codex book. in that book you can find a staged progession of fetal development (described in poetry etc) but the stages are spot on. This was said at a time when medicine was in elementary stages.

No religion stops you from questioning logic but they do tell you that there is something (maybe a process/diety/power) that led this to be - having such faith will lead you to a higher solving power of logic - it will also broaden your horizon for questions. (my old tutors taught me such)

another example given to me was - take an apple, slice it into two pieces, now go ahead and join them together such that there is no breach in the flesh as it was before the cut and the fruit does not go bad - in its natural state of living at no cost (nature is no cost) - Then you have beat God at a hand of cards.

sounds like most of you guys follow a system of logic, no problem with that - its the flip side of the same card.
