Aside from the report showing the woman obviously lied......where the PC to search his car?

Were the investigating officers listening in to the 911 call while they were outside with George? How would they know who was lying about what at that point?

We heard you got a gun in your car isn't PC as far as I know.

Besides everything she said turned out to be BS with an on scene investigation.

Nothing prohibited the policemen from asking Zimmerman for permission to search - did that happen?

You tell me, you were there?

Whether or not they did, why is it a requirement?

You seemed to imply it was..

According to police, George was not in his car when they arrived but was standing in the yard. They say he was also very cooperative and allowed police to search his person.
Looks like Georgy cooperated to the extent they wanted.:D

Its a sad day when a person achieves such fervent admiration for the act of shooting and killing an unarmed teenager.

Yup. This appears to be turing into your typical bitter divorce. If you have seen a few of these it becomes apparent that there is really nothing new here. Spouses have been calling the Cops for years over stuff like this for no other reason except that they can.

I think the only real truth here is that they both need to settle this quick and with the least amount of drama necessary. As John Wayne once said... Picking at that wound ain't going to make it get any better.

What of the rest of the crowd who lied and twisted the narrative and became judge, jury and executioner....no trial needed.

Not even close.

Z's wife is now back peddling what she told the cops. Wonder why? Z needs to move out of the house now and settle the divorce ASAP. His biggest problem is people like you passing post-verdict judgement against him. It's easy to throw rocks........

Well, they probably asked him if he had a gun....

I'm fairly sure that he owns one anyway....

Your obvious is another man's uncertain....

Just like the original shooting incident, none of us were there, so it is folly to try and read some crap printed in a newspaper and take it for gospel.

I would imagine, that in any case where the 911 call indicated that there was a firearm involved, the police have a duty to search the people and premises for said weapon.
Of course, we all know what an outstanding batch of officers can do when they are really motivated, or not....

Quite possibly, now that she is over her initial scare, she may be trying to mitigate the consequences for someone that she may still care about.

Divorce does not equate to hatred for everyone. YMMV
