NC lawmaker suggests duct tape on nipples

Ouch! Duct tape attached to thin skin hurts when removed.

NC State Rep. Tim Moore Advises Women to

(As if toplessness is a thing to be legislated, not celebrated. Glad that it's still legal in NYC, if not accepted.)

Well, maybe he was sniffing the paint thinner that he was removing his pasties with before he spoke.

next Tim Moore will be advising breast feeding mothers to install a suction cup with a plastic nipple on it for the baby so he won't be offended by any errant areolas that see the light of day.

Its a wonder this guy has two kids, I wonder if he was blinded by the sight of his wife's breasts. Maybe he duct taped them.

Do the articles suggest is that "lawmakers" in NC care more about what the public says about topless women in public than say . . . a lot of other things in NC?
